If you found this book chances are you are trying to figure out what Costochondritis is and how can you quickly get rid of it - welcome to the club. I've had Costochondritis since 2015 and spent about two years trying everything I could to relieve the chest pain and get back to a normal life. I ended up excepting that this condition was going to be something I was not going to get rid of and I had to learn how to live with it. Just in July of 2019 I had a big flare-up and it reminded me that if I don't take my own advice - I will be back with chest pain and headaches that are pretty bad.

In this book I will provide an overview of the condition based on some of the most reliable sources that I found. These sources include the Mayo Clinic, WebMD, American Family Physician, and Healthline amongst others. As you will note, I use endnotes citations that will direct you back to over 25 quoted and reliable sources on many aspects of the condition.
